Calories are important for the body. They help digest and give you energy. To many calories could make you gain weight. Most athletics eat about 5,000 calories a day to stay in shape and maintain healthy diets. They need lots of calories to maintain lots of energy for games.

In our cooking class we played a little game called "chopped." "Chopped is where you get into teams and cook and food and get judged on the taste, decoration, and best the best texture. Everyone took it so literal and it was fun and exciting on trying to cook foods on ingredients you don't even know. It was a surprise when i found out that it's not that complicated to come up with ideas on random ingredients. Playing "chopped" was a blast!
